These Terms include a mandatory arbitration provision that affects your legal rights.
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a legal guardian. You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
All En Mi pieces are handcrafted. As such, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and part of the character of each piece.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept payment methods made available through our checkout platform. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your piece to be handcrafted before shipment. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
En Mi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We offer fully refundable returns in accordance with our Refund Policy. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

All content on this Site—including text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks—is the property of En Mi or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Each party will bear its own costs associated with arbitration, except as otherwise required by law. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
By agreeing to these Terms, you understand and agree that you are waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless En Mi from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which En Mi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
